Processing of personal data

Personal data processed by RobSolution Tecnologia is used in a way compatible with the purposes stated in this policy. When you fill out a form, contact us or request information about RobSolution, we may store that information to answer your request and maintain the commercial relationship.

We may also process information related to website browsing, such as pages visited, access origin, device used and interactions performed, always aiming to improve our communication, security and user experience.

Information security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration or undue disclosure. As we work with ERP solutions and Odoo environments, information protection is an essential part of our operation.

Data processed inside the RobSolution platform

In addition to website browsing and contact data, RobSolution Tecnologia hosts and operates the RobSolution environments contracted by customers. In these environments, the customer registers and processes data from their own operation, such as information about customers, suppliers, products, tax documents and financial movements.

Regarding this data, the customer acts as controller, deciding what information to enter and how to use it, while RobSolution Tecnologia acts as processor, handling the data exclusively to provide the contracted service: hosting, backups, support, maintenance and transmission of tax documents to the relevant authorities (SEFAZ and city halls).

RobSolution Tecnologia does not use customers’ operational data for other purposes, does not sell it, and limits team access to the strictly necessary for support and maintenance.

Data retention and deletion

Commercial contact data is kept while the relationship lasts or until the data subject requests deletion. In contracted environments, data remains available for the duration of the subscription; after cancellation, the environment remains available for export for 30 days and, after that, data is permanently deleted, except for information that must be kept due to legal obligations. Trial environments not converted into subscriptions are deleted within 30 days after the trial ends.

Data subject rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request information about the processing of your data, correction, update, deletion, portability or withdrawal of consent, when applicable.
