Do you sell Odoo Community?
No. RobSolution is an RobSolution Tecnologia solution based on Odoo Community, with licensing packages ready for Brazil. You subscribe to a prepared, hosted and updated ERP environment with Brazilian tax localization, not software to install on your own.
What is the difference between Online and Dedicated?
Online is the shared environment, included in the plan, for 1 CNPJ and up to 10 users. Dedicated is a server of your own (S, M, L or XL), required above 10 users or with more than one CNPJ, and the only one that accepts customizations.
Is there a user limit on Dedicated?
There is no limit, as long as the server fits the number of people. The simulator suggests the size by number of users and you can pick a bigger one.
Can I request customizations?
Yes, on the Dedicated plan only, always developed by the RobSolution team and quoted separately. The code repository is not shared.
How do the contract and payment work?
Minimum one-year contract with monthly payment. If you quit before the end of the term, or a payment is late, the environment is paused with your data kept until it is settled. You get an NFS-e for every month.
Is implementation included?
Implementation is always assisted by RobSolution and quoted separately, according to what your company needs (taxes, master data, digital certificate, first invoice). Monthly support packages cover day-to-day work after go-live.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Users, modules, support and server size are adjusted on the subscription and the difference goes into the next month.
What about the 14-day free trial?
It is still available so you can get to know the system. Since implementation makes the difference, we recommend subscribing and starting with our team at your side.
